Spartanburg, SC - Leigh Fibers Inc. announced yesterday it will invest US $10 million expanding its Wellford plant to create 40 new jobs over the next five years. The 88-year-old private company recycles post-industrial and post-consumer textile waste and recycles it to manufacture new fabrics for a variety of industries.
