Johnson Controls to buy French automotive textiles manufacturer
Glendale, WI - Johnson Controls Inc (JCI) has announced it is planning to buy French manufacturer of automotive interiors textiles Michel Thierry, of Laroque d'Olmes. Details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
